El trato fue excelente desde el momento de crear la reserva hasta el check out, el lugar está hermoso con su jardín súper bien cuidado, la puerta del baño de la habitación 7 no cierra muy bien para poder cerrar la conexión, pero el lugar muy limpio

Clean, quaint and very friendly here. Nice large kitchen to cook and store your food. The location is near everything in Tepotzlan. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

"Mucho qué desear "

La primera sorpresa fue que no tenían ni idea de qué habíamos hecho reservación y al final nos dieron una habitación sencilla en lugar de una doble. Después nos enteramos que los baños no están dentro de la habitación y eso fue desagradable, porque para ir al baño tienes que subir un piso. Además, en el segundo día llegamos noche y como sólo hay cuatro cajones de estacionamiento tuvimos que dejar la camioneta en la calle. Para terminar, no hacen el aseo, no tienden cama ni nada. La verdad es muy caro para ser un hostal y no un hotel
