Nice clean hotels with spacious rooms. Tasty breakfast, peaceful locality. Special mention to Shreyash for his friendly nature and prompt response . Look forward to coming back. Room 601 is very spacious with a great balcony and view. Staff were friendly as well.

Quick stop at Nasik for work and my accommodation was made for me at Treebo Excellent Homes, Nasik. First thing out of the way - I felt very safe and comfortable as a woman travelling alone, so big check for that. The room was small in size but it was sufficient in terms of the double bed and storage space. Toilet paper, hand wash, liquid soap and towels were kindly provided by the establishment, alongside daily housekeeping. Service is pretty top notch, my thanks to Shreyas sir for a smooth check-in and his overall management. Another plus is the complimentary breakfast buffet which had a small bit of variety and was unlimited and tasted very delicious

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with my recent experience booking a room at your hotel. Treebo Excellent homes Nashik Despite making reservations over the phone, I encountered inconsistent pricing, unexpected extra charges, and poor customer service. Specific issues: 1. Inconsistent pricing: Each time I called, I was quoted a different rate. 2. Extra charges for children: We were charged additional fees for our small children, which was not disclosed initially. 3. Refusal to refund prepaid amount: When we requested to leave due to dissatisfaction, we were denied a refund. 4. Small rooms and high charges: The rooms were significantly smaller than expected, yet prices were higher compared to similar establishments. I was particularly disappointed with the lack of cooperation and professionalism displayed by Owner'. As a customer, I expect transparency, fairness, and respect. To resolve this matter: 1. Provide a clear explanation for the pricing discrepancies. 2. Offer a refund for the prepaid amount. 3. Consider revising your pricing policy to include all applicable charges. Very nice Service Apartment, clean room, located in residential area, calm and quite surrounding, only issue nothing available nearby, food to be ordered online. Value for money. Reception staff Mr Raj very cooperative. Room Amenities are working fine

Had a wonderful stay at excellent homes. Mr Keshav provided 5 star services with absolutely no hassles. Rangnath dada was a perfect host. The hotel provided very tasty breakfast and the overall stay for very satisfying. Laundry A/C TV were all in perfect condition.

Very good property, nicely maintained, staff is polite and helpful. Food we ordered was also good. Ranganath And I think this 200 words limit character isn't a good factor and that is why people don't put much reviews on Tripadviser as compared to google

It was a good experience ,food was okkokk...mr.kesav is humble and polite.he help us for breakfast. But we didn't get the room as per our conversation,while doing reservation. We booked 2 deluxe room but both the rooms were different and we didn't got proper response for the same .

Very much worth the money. Really happy with the room, housekeeping & welcoming staff. Rooms are spacious. Breakfast quality needs to improve. Would like to thank Keshav & Samadhan for their hospitality. I had a good time staying here.
