Location was great - wonderful views and reasonably priced.

Information about where to meet to collect the keys could have been clearer - the address on Booking.com is 82 Loader St, however the apartment is actually located at 81. This wasn't specified in the whatsapp messages received from several different hosts about the booking. It would have been appreciated if the concierge had met us at 82, as we had to come and find him (we were otherwise confused and out on the street at 9 pm).

The neighborhood was very nice. Nice houses and cafes nearby. Very lively in the evenings, Seemed like a very safe area. Very nice and polite security personnel. Walking distance to Spar. You can even walk to the Waterfront and also to Bree Street where there are many nice cafes and restaurants. Bo Kaap is also just one kilometer. So we really loved the surrounding area. There is a washing machine and a dryer; which was nice. Kitchen had all the necessary utensils; toaster, microwave, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator. The view of the house is also nice; you can see the Waterfront from the front balcony and the top of the Table Mountain at the front door. The flat is big enough for four people. Bathrooms were especially nice and spacious.

It is said that there is AC, but the AC is only in one of the bedrooms. I think that this had to be specifically explained, because we thought that all the flat could benefit from the AC. One advice might be that if the AC is placed in the living room, cool air could easily travel around the house; thus cooling the bedrooms as well. We also had an issue with the parking permit. We weren't informed that we had to have a parking permit. We received it on our last day. We were lucky that we did not have any problems, but we could have had a problem. I know that this is a self catering apartment, but most of the time, the owner leavesat least one or two dishwasher tablets, but there was none here. So keep this in mind. The front door has no extra steel door. We did not mind that at first, but seeing that nearly all the other doors had that extra door, we thought that this is a necessity.

The location of this venue is super great, with beautiful views of the sea horizon, and the amazing mountain ranges view… The provision of facilities in the property were wonderful…😊😁
