It's always clean and the people are always friendly

Having to pay for parking

the staff was super amped and welcoming me and my father with his service anmial

parking was further away from the door than i liked

I liked the hotel

I felt like they were deceptive about their breakfast. It didn't say breakfast available..... which means breakfast is available if you would like to purchase it......it just said great breakfast.....also I was charged for parking in Flagstaff Az..... I'm sure it is one of the only or few in Flagstaff that takes advantage of their guest by charging parking....Land is certainly not a premium in Flagstaff, AZ I needed a hotel in Salt Lake City the next night, but didn't consider Hampton Place. I'm not paying for parking or breakfast if I'm traveling in the west. There are plenty of.hotels that offer a free breakfast and free parking. I won't be back!!

Room was comfortable and clean

Location was conviently within walking distance of many fast food, grocery stores, and natural attractions. Beds were comfy. Customer service was friendly and welcoming. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner because the provided ones left our hair dry and knotted. There was no microwave in the room which was inconvenient when trying to make snacks in between meals for ourselves and our kids. The pool was heated and fun, but the chlorine levels must of been high because after 3 days of swimming for at least an hour and showering right after 2 our of kids broke out in a rash and their skin felt chapped.
