Parking fee is ridiculous for paying guests.

A great place to stay in Flagstaff. While it's not downtown, it's close enough and safe. The breakfast is excellent, with hot options, cereal, and fruit.

Noisy could hear people stamping up and down ,and street light through window, most of the staff lacked any apparent customer service Extra for parking

Immaculate property for cleanliness. Staff very genuinely friendly. Never impatient or too busy. They were this way with all guests. The breakfast was fresh, delicious and a variety. Beds were very very comfortable. Walking distance to downtown and NAU #1 Hyatt property.

Clean, comfortable and modern! I slept very well, which is not typical for most my motel/hotel experiences. I am a big fan of glass door showers.

The hotel is updated with a modern feel, the entire premisses are clean and tidy from the public spaces such as the lobby, lounge and dining room to the pool and the rooms. The rooms are spacious with tons of storage and are comfortable clean, with a modern aesthetic. The staff are all VERY kind, they are happy to assist with extra accommodations such as needing to change the bedding out from feather down to hypoallergenic, etc etc.

The first time we stayed at the hotel, breakfast was included in our room rate, this past time, it was not and that was a minor disappointment.

Breakfast is to expensive.

Location was easy to get to right in the middle of town. Nice looking hotel and rooms were spacious. Easy fit for a family. Breakfast was great and varied by day.
