I thought the staff was great. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I had a little trouble with the tv and one of the staff ladies went out of her way to help me.

I did have a fall as I was leaving. No fault of the facility, but no one came out to see if I was ok. I don't know if they just couldn't see but someone should have been in the lobby as it was around 11:00 and check-out time. I still wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
