O quarto é amplo, apesar do banheiro ser muito pequeno, a localização é boa e fica dentro de um hotel/flat (que possui serviços de tal), conseguimos passear por São Paulo via metro, devido a proximidade com terminal e fomos no Allianz Parque assistir jogo, andando.

Achei a limpeza bem abaixo do esperado, encontrei sujeira na cama, no banheiro, rodo debaixo da cama, o edredom estava com cheiro muito forte de desinfetante. Um recepcionista da manhã de sábado é bem mau educado e despreparado para esse tipo de trabalho, os demais muito simpático. A camareira que veio arrumar nosso quarto, também está longe de ser simpática.

Localização, espaço do apartamento e atendimento dos funcionários.

Poderia ter mais tomadas e uma bancada mais apropriada para uso de notebook.

Location is amazing! Restaurants, bars, bakery and coffee very close by. Most of them in walking distance! Transamerica staff is really nice, but the staff from the property was hard to reach.

The bed is really hard, not comfortable at all. Curtains barely closing, which makes the room too light early in the morning. It is a front apartment, and the noise of the street can be a bit annoying. The worst part was the check in. We made the pre-checkin as requested, we also warned our arrival time and the contact we had from the property was not available at all. WhatsApp was only answered after the phone call was finished. And it took them 30 minutes to pick up the call and 20 minutes to send the authorization to the Transamerica reception. After traveling 17h, that is very far from what we expected. We cancelled our next two, already booked, stays to stay directly with Transamerica.

Location.

Uncomfortable bed, terrible pillows, towels extremelly rough and bathroom drain was very smelly. The room needs remodeling.

Location. It is close to good restaurants, drug setores, grocery stores and relatively safe area.

The approach is very different at the reception for the flat and hotel customers. At check-in we were informed upfront that any problem with the room, pillows or towels for example, we would need to contact the property owner (?) and not the reception, as the reception can only assist hotel customers. The morning of our check out day I asked at the reception if they could keep our luggages for a couple of hours and they said yes. We got all organized and when we triednto drop off our luggages they said that because we were not hotel customers they vould not hold our luggage as informed before.
