Quarto “Cozy Garden” mas não tem vista para o “garden” apenas uma janela há 3 m de altura.

Fun to be on State street. Hip colors and comfortable bed looking west to the mountains through arched windows.

Need a phone to register / enter, horrible noise all night long looking at the city parking lot, cafe downstairs poor overwhelmed couldn’t make even toast. Room was very small.

Easy check-in, no room key, no bureaucracy. Cozy hotel vibe on the ground floor with a bar and café. Kind staff.

It’s almost disrespectful how small the room is. The photos are beautifully misleading — so that a mother and her teenage son (in my case) leave Brazil, face a 12-hour flight to LAX plus a 90-minute drive, only to find they can’t even open their suitcases on the floor because there’s literally no floor space to walk around. It’s a bed crammed into a corner, one or two shelves, no closet, a few hooks on the wall, and a bathroom where if you close the shower door, you can’t close the toilet door — and vice versa. You can be as modern as you want, as long as you’re not dishonest. Maybe I’m wrong, but after I arrived and saw there was no solution (unless I moved to a room with bunk beds!), I checked the website to see if the room dimensions were listed. They’re not. The staff offered me a premium room with the same tiny bed (it’s a full, though they try to convince you it’s a queen) and the same pathetic bathroom — only with slightly more floor space, maybe enough to open one suitcase. It’s a room for a solo traveler, and if you’re claustrophobic, not even that.

Very central in State street. A lovely hotel vibe. Good quality finish. Modern check in and service from hotel via WhatsApp.

Loud bars nearby, showers aren’t very strong power, rooms are very small but make good use of space.
