Very old furniture. No value for money. Bad location in a very busy intersection with a parking lot of taxis. Taxi drivers are fighting all the time. Super noisy and doesn't feel safe. Rude staff. Uncaring with absolutely no empathy or customer service.

The staff were extremely rude and demonstrated a complete lack of customer service. At checkout, they charged an additional €8 in taxes despite the taxes I had already paid through Booking.com. They insisted that the payment be made in cash because their credit card machine was not working. Although they had an ATM on-site, it did not accept my credit card. I had US dollars in cash, but they refused to accept them and insisted on payment either in euros or the local currency. I explained that all currency exchange offices were closed and that I needed to leave immediately to avoid missing my flight. Despite the circumstances, they showed no empathy and refused to let me leave until the €8 was paid. I even offered a reasonable solution: I had another reservation with them in two weeks, and they could simply add the €8 charge to that future booking. They refused. Eventually, I managed to exchange my US dollars at a nearby bakery and paid the €8. The entire ordeal caused unnecessary stress, and I barely made my flight. Because of this experience, I decided to cancel my upcoming reservation and will not be staying at this property again.
