Os recepcionistas foram muito educados e simpáticos! O hotel é super lindo, aconchegante e tem uma localização excelente. Me hospedei na quinta-feira e não tive problemas com barulho. O café da manhã também era muito bom.

Pontos negativos: a cama era pequena, o banheiro do nosso quarto estava com um odor muito forte de esgoto e o chuveiro quente não estava funcionando corretamente. Outro ponto muito importante: quem tem alergia/intolerância ao glúten precisa ter bastante cuidado. Perguntei para uma funcionária do café da manhã sobre um bolinho fit e questionei se ele era apenas sem lactose ou se também não continha glúten. Ela me informou que não tinha glúten, então consumi o bolinho e acabei tendo uma reação alérgica muito forte. Passei muito mal depois. Esse tipo de informação precisa ser passada com mais atenção e responsabilidade, porque pode ser algo sério e perigoso para pessoas com restrições alimentares. Tirando esses pontos, a experiência foi boa, mas acredito que esses cuidados precisam melhorar.
