Equipe do click ape, arrogantes, mal Educados, fiquem atentos pois confirmam a reserva mas no ato da entrada no condomínio não passaram a informação para a portaria eletrônica, as duas da manhã eu tive que ir procurar um hotel em uma cidade turística onde tudo estava lotado com minha filha de 3 anos pois não fui autorizado entrar no apartamento que havia reservado

Localização boa, apartamento confortável.

Quarto estava com aspecto muito sujo, com teias de aranha por toda parte e mal cheiro muito forte saindo dos ralos.

Door handle fell off locking me inside. When I asked for help I was told it was my fault and someone would come. Nobody came and they didn't reply. Felt unsafe and left the property immediately. Tried to get a refund but still no response.

Location i good if you want to go to Paraguay, but I would not walk around late in the day or during the night. Easy to enter and the apartment itself is safe. Good for a couple

Not much around the apartment (walking distance). Apartment condition is worse than what you see on the picture, bedding and towels were old and the apartment wasn't very clean. Last point, the is no pots/pans on the apartment, it is true that they do not stat this on the add, so not their fault, but since they do not state this on the ad and the pictures shows an stove, I was expecting it, so I think it would be fair to mention this too.

Apartments are clean and safety

1) It was hard to get in because we got a lot of problems with unlocking door. Staff does not speak English and it took time to open doors on the first floor and at the parking. 2) Host did not answer our messages in whataspp. Internet did not work. The water steamer in the apartment did not work. We decided to use the common room, but the iron was not turned on there either. The host never answered us and did not help us with our problems. We ourselves contacted the employees of the complex, they tried for half an hour to explain to us how to turn on the iron, but later it turned out that it was a special day when the irons don't work. In total for two days host was not answering us in WhatsApp.
