הגענו עם כלבה קטנה ודרשו מאיתנו לשלם על השהות של יותר מאשר על בן אדם. באופן כללי לא ידענו מראש שצריך לשלם. זה עמוק בפנים במידע. טוב יעשו בןקינג אם יתריעו ברגע שמישהו מחפש להגיע עם חיית מחמד, שיש חיוב אקסטרא על זה במלון הזה ובכלל.

Aunque llegue después de la hora del check-in, no tenían lista mi habitación y no me querían entregar otra aunque había disponibles. También, después de que dejamos la habitación, desapareció la plancha de la misma y nos la cobraron a la mala.

Hotel grande y hermoso. Personal amigable, solo en el desayuno, incluido, pedimos unos de los platos ofrecidos y me dijeron que ese no está incluido. Pienso que lo que no está incluido, que no se ponga en el menú ese. Fue un pequeño detalle que baja la opinión tan favorable que tenía del lugar. Igual lo recomiendo.

Lovely room, friendly staff. Excellent location. Breakfast was good. We would stay there again!

Breakfast was good, although there was confusion with the server about free breakfast being for both people staying in the king room, and not just one person, and that we had a choice of 2 things on the menu for the free breakfast. Minor, but it would have been nice to get what we supposedly paid for there.

Un bonito hotel con cuartos grandes y modernos. El servicio de restaurante y de alimentos a la habitación requiere mejorar, MUCHO. No hay una carta de alimentos en la habitación, tampoco hay un directorio de las extensiones a las cuales se pueda solicitar servicio a la habitación y en el número que aparece en Google maps nadie contesta. Adicionalmente, cierran el servicio a las 9 PM no obstante la hora límite es las 9:30 PM y tampoco te ofrecen opciones con las que trabaje el hotel. En cuanto a los alimentos, sería bueno que utilicen pan de caja que no sea uno de súper mercado.
