Location fantastic, bathroom was very good too

I do wish the bin provided was a bit bigger and a laundry service/washing machine would really increase the quality of the stay

Shower was too small and cramped.

It was not as described. It desprately needs painting. The sink drain and the shower door were very dirty, so I assumed everything was not very clean. The bed sagged.

Great property

We booked the three bedroom apartment for our family. It was clean and comfortable and the staff were very polite and efficient. It is walking distance to town and located in a nice quiet area which we liked.

There was minimal cooking equipment provided and we did have some concerns with the air conditioners ‘sensor’ which we thought looked exactly like a camera, but staff assured us it was recording us!!

Room was stunning, nice and modern with plenty of space.

You’re not really near the lake but it’s only a 15 minute walk so not the end of the world, if you have a car, plenty of spaces down there.

Could be cleaner. The bathroom extractor fan was dusty enough to be a fire hazard.

Very comfortable bed, lovely views of the mountains

Hadn’t been cleaned properly, as there were cobwebs on the curtain rail. The bin was also broken, so the lid didn’t open properly

Location was fabulous ! Very quiet & comfy !

Checking in ! Key pad was not working properly !
