Cheerful 1BD Cottage with Parking Nr Guildford

Quiet. No contact with staff. It was new so fairly clean.

Clothing from previous guests still in drawers., and used bottles in shower. Water pressure was low so electric shower was erratic- went very hot then cold.

A very peaceful location with a lovely view overlooking a field. An ideal location to watch the wildlife. The property had everything we needed and was very comfortable in a safe and secure location. Fantastic decking area with garden furniture.

I would say this is suitable for 2 adults (not 4 as adverised). There is a sofa bed which we used but you need to walk through the bedroom to access the bathroom. Ideal for 1 or 2 people.

The cozy and comfortable facility the warmth and the placement of the home 🏡 was second to non clean spacious and just perfect 🥰 a feel of a cabin in the woods 🪵 the open space was so serene and calm

Nothing at all

The location is very convenient for catching the bus into the town centre if you prefer not to drive to and park in town. Very comfortable and generally well equipped. Very peaceful location. The bathroom is well laid out and the shower is superb.

A couple of minor issue already flagged to the owner - two frying pans need replacing. Also previous occupants had left behind some clothing and costume jewelery which should have been noticed during inspection/cleaning. The heating instructions were missing. In cold weather the dining / lounge area benefits from the heating but not the rest of the cottage. The heated towel rail does help in the bathroom but the bedroom gets quite cold.

The facilities were excellent

We liked the lovely rural setting but close to Woking and Guildford. Great cottage and very well appointed with a lovely decking area

Overbearing deposit and fine terms. Would have liked a couple cows or horses to add interest in the fields in front. Didn’t like the grads cutting with tractor at weekend.

Nice quiet location with secure parking , no light or noise pollution at night.

The dishwasher was full when we arrived Sofa bed instructions did not relate to the sofa bed which was in the property , we had to message for help. Not enough cutlery and there were only three of us. WiFi signal is inconsistent and if you would like to use the TV and don't have any accounts such as netflix/ I player etc you will not be able to access.

The place was easy to get to. It was clean and the host was helpful. I loved the view of the field and the deck outside. It was super relaxing and peaceful. Will definitely book again the next time I am in Guildford.

The cottage was great. It had all the amenities we needed and was very well equipped. It was also very peaceful and we would be happy to stay there again.

I never received the email giving me details of how to get into the property so we had to make several phone calls before receiving the instructions. However, that could have been as a result of not being in a wi-fi area most of the day. The only other discrepancy was that the key safe code was different from the one quoted in the information booklet in the cottage.
