"Suprise. And not in a good way"

I booked a two night stay through Hotels.com. The confirmation that I received showed the price for the stay and the notation that a separate fee of $10 was due at the hotel. However, when I checked my credit card statement, I noticed the hotel charged me $40!. I contacted Hotels.com to resolve the issue, but was told that the hotel was not cooperating, and there would be no refund. I feel like I've been robbed and they didn't even use a gun. Don't know if I want to ever stay at a hotel property with such littls integrity.

The staff was amazing from check-in, room attendants, breakfast svc staff, manager to check-out went above and beyond! The best customer service since before the lockdown we have experienced!! Would not hesitate to recommend or stay again.
