"Great location, good amenities, don’t count with the staff"

I liked the location, and the lobby with free snacks. Breakfast was very good too. Location 10/10.

Staff was unwelcome, as soon as I entered to the hotel, only word I listened was: PASPORT. It didn’t define my stay, but first impressions matters.
