Gate Twenty Two Boutique Hotel

Personel jest niezwykle miły i pomocny. Czułam się w pełni zaopiekowana. Hotel jest doskonale zlokalizowany - praktycznie tuż przy głównej ulicy miasta i Placu Wolności. Śniadanie bardzo smaczne i urozmaicone. Pokój super czysty ze wszystkimi możliwymi udogodnieniami.

Wszystko mi się podobało!

As janelas não isolam o barulho da rua. O funcionário do check in não alertou que não se podia beber água da torneira pelo bebi e não me senti muito bem

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja w mieście. Cichy hotel. Obok bardzo duży parking. Miła obsługa. Czysto.

Szkoda czasu na wizytę po tureckiej stronie miasta. Trochę jak kiedyś Berlin Wschodni i Zachodni. Wiadomo gdzie było ciekawiej.

The night shift receptionist

This was the 2nd time we visited this hotel. Both visits were for 1 night business reasons and a last minute decision. I will start with the good things. The only good thing was the night receptionist who did an exceptional job and went beyond his duties to try and correct all the deficiencies we had to deal with. And thats about it. And now to the bad things. We had to change 3 rooms until we finally settled because the toilets were extremely smelly or half of the lights didnt work. Upon checking in, we ask the receptionist if the restaurant is still open and he says yes. He even calls the "manager" to confirm and for them to wait for us. At 21:30 we are at the restaurant to find no one. Absolutely no one. We call the reception and the man comes upstairs looking for them as well. When he finally manages to find them, a guy comes upstairs he throws the menus on the table, and when we asked for a coctail he went out looking for the barman.... another 10 minutes. At this point we were fed up and decided to leave. Only to meet the "wannabecalled Manager" who asked.... "Whats Up" and when i told him that the whole experience is unacceptable he just laughted and tried to bring us back inside where there wasnt even a barman or waiter capable of serving us. The whole experience has turned us off from visiting again. Thats a shame because that restaurant and bar was perfect the 1st time we visited and it was again late.... but now....??? Stay away for your own good....
