The staff is so amazing, friendly, accommodating and responsive. This is a super cute boutique historic hotel.

Beautiful hotel with great access to several 24/7 restaurants. Rooftop pool was really cool. Room was amazing with great views. Short lyft ride to beaches. Super kind and attentive staff, Amazing experience.

Wonderful hotel. Well run with helpful and friendly staff. Plenty of areas where you can sit and relax in case it rains outside. Nice breakfast options and beautiful cocktail bar.

This was a great location which had food in the area and it wasn’t too far from other attractions. The staff was very helpful in providing recommendations.

Alicia was very nice and accommodating at our arrival and check out. She wasn't hesitant in refunding the drink credit that was promised after a hiccup by the other staff members. The artsy aesthetic was very nice, but it could use some updating as the elevator is very slow. I bought my own washcloths and towels at Walmart because they were very dingy and nowhere close to white. The pillows were yellow and old under the pillowcase. I requested for flowers to be delivered to my fiancé for her birthday and confirmed several times with the staff and was told that it would be there at the 9 am requested time. After giving a grace period, I contacted the front desk to inquire about the flowers and was told they'd be up shortly. As I'm leaving to go to Pueblo I see the manager leaving at the same time to go make the arrangement and I told her I can buy my own flowers. She did apologize and brought us a complimentary bottle, told us that we had a $50 credit for the bar until we leave, and did still go get the flowers. I think this could have been avoided if communication between shifts was better. Overall I have no complaints about my stay.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here! The staff was so friendly and helpful. The communication was amazing! We were conveniently located to everything including beaches, food, etc. The room was very nice and comfortable! We most definitely will stay here over and over again.

We loved our stay here! Such a beautiful hotel, great location, gorgeous rooftop pool etc… We hope to return and stay here again next time we visit PR.
