Great location, lovely apartment with all the amenities you need. Would highly recommend.

Apartment was very spacious and is in a great location. We weren't happy with the communal areas which came across as very run down Some concern re. loose plug sockets, lack of adequate towels and a feeling that the apartment was well used

This property was an amazing find! It had all the amenities, very spacious and clean. Our host was very professional with clear communication and easy to reach. We still cannot believe how lucky we were to find such a great spot that was right in the central part of Budapest while being such close to everything and public transportation. We loved everything about our stay and will definitely be coming back here in the future. Highly recommend booking your stay here in Budapest!

I really liked the location. Everything is close: supermarket, restaurants, bakeries, public transport, attractions, it couldn't be better. The apartment has enough space. The tenant quickly answered all questions, easy and independent check-in.

I didn't like that the apartment was quite dirty. There was dust everywhere, the phone screen was covered in dust overnight, I've never seen anything like that. It seemed like they cleaned it, but the apartment needed a thorough cleaning. Clean white socks were black from the floors after a couple of hours. Instead of a bed in the bedroom, there was a mattress on the floor, very soft and all in lumps, my whole body hurt, it was hard to fall asleep and I woke up all night. I didn't write and ask the tenant because they wouldn't have replaced the bed for us, and they wouldn't have done a super general cleaning either.:)The shower in the shower stall is broken. It doesn't work well. There's a bad smell from the bathroom. If you open the window, the window on the street side is very dirty in cobwebs and dust,everything flies into the house. We stayed for 6 days, they gave us 3 rolls of toilet paper, the remains of kitchen paper towels, which were enough for two days, there were no dishwasher tablets. They wrote in the rules that they are not a hotel and everything (towels, bed linen, toilet paper, etc.) can be provided for an extra charge. The refrigerator did not work properly, our food spoiled overnight, and we had to turn off the refrigerator and wait 24 hours for it to defrost and work again. We were offered help with this, but we can turn the refrigerator off and on again ourselves. It's just that these little things prevent you from fully relaxing. But this would not be a problem if there were not so many unpleasant things in the apartment. We ourselves have been renting out apartments in Amsterdam for many years, you never know what can break, but I strongly recommend fixing the shower, changing the mattress to a full bed, and doing a general cleaning of furniture, windows, floors, walls. It would be nice to have a bottle of water, especially in the summer heat. Oh yeah, there was coffee for us, thank you.

Great stay for 6 nights in Budapest. Awesome location

Amazing property and really clean. We booked for four people. But only towels and bedding for two. We had to search the apartment for more towels and bedding for the sofa bed. Coffee machine did not work for us, instructions not very clear. The projector was a lovely bonus. Apart from towels and bedding the apartment is well equipped and centrally located. Would definitely return.
