Poorly equipped. Not much crockery. Iron but no ironing board. No brush or mop.

nice layout , decoration and easy to access

Sewage smell in the bathroom , uncomfortable mattress, no bathroom or room deodorizer, only 1 glass for drinks, stained pillows . Beeing refused to check out at 12 instead of 11am when i was a returning customer, should use discretion

It a great location, near the tram line and done to a very good standard

I book for a short stay and wanted to extend my stay. I called the guest phone line, she sorted out my extension and sent me updates on email along with a payment link. Great fast and very helpful and professional service.
