Perfect location, lovely apartment across the road from the beach, restaurants and shops. Fully equipped, spotless clean with everything you would need. Host Elisa was super helpful and very friendly thank you for a perfect family holiday.

Excellent location right on the front with nearby supermarket and restaurants. The train station was an easy walk giving access To Lucca (17mins/4euro) and Pisa - the Giro d Italia cycling race even went past the front door was was a real bonus Elisa was incredibly helpful, even arranging help for my classic car parking is available right outside and very reasonable and safe

Elisabetta, the host, was absolutely phenomenal. There wasn't a single detail that she missed. She was wonderfully accommodating, and just so nice! We loved everything about this stay and would stay there again, without hesitation. In fact, we may do it again next year!

Our family appreciated the genuinely kind and helpful hosts, Elisa and Nunzio. The appartment is perfectly in the middle of the city, facing the seashore; it is also thoughtfully equipped and pristinely cleaned with comfortable living spaces at both the main floor and the mezzanine level. The hosts generously supplied the property with more than the necessary consumables as if they are expecting to receive people they already know and care for, not totally strangers, like us. We felt very welcomed and what could’ve we ask for more? Grazie Mille E&N

The owners were very friendly, communication was great, the cleanliness was second to none, beautiful apartment with exquisite mezzanine floor with sofas, perfect for pre going out drinks, small courtyard at rear with table and chairs and across the road from lots of bars, restaurants and boutique shops behind which was the beach...fantastic place to stay.
