Villa Medina Canggu

Villa is situated in good location close to restaurants and supermarkets in Canggu.

- Entrance to villa is disaster, you can’t park close to it - have to walk (short distance) but with luggage and kids it’s so inconvenient. On our second day of staying there someone even totally blocked the way with some trees, we had to move it by ourselves as there was no other way around to get to villa. - The lights in the pool were not working, they fixed the next day after we reported it but it could have been checked before our arrival. - No soap and some other amenities in the bathroom downstairs. Even after cleaning service it wasn’t refilled. - They didn’t refill water dispenser until we requested. - In all the bedrooms we had flood, entire floor was wet and carpets and curtains soaked in water. It was because of the rain, but we stayed in 2 other properties before this one and didn’t have any issues like this. Means the finishing of the villa is quite bad. One of our son’s slipped and fell down because didn’t notice the floor was so wet when entered. - The doors to the pool are hard to open. My husband injured his finger trying to unlock it. What’s more there was no first aid kit in the villa. - Overall we didn’t feel welcome. The staff left us fruit basket on the second day of our stay. It was nice gesture but rather than that it wasn’t a pleasant stay and definitely not for the amount you pay. 100% won’t choose this villa next time staying in Canggu. Can only recommend Canggu itself but not this property.
