Najgorsze wakacyjne doświadczenie w naszym życiu. Sam dom w środku był w porządku, ale otoczenie to absolutny dramat. Wokół willi biegały dziesiątki dzikich kotów – chorych, wychudzonych, zostawiających odchody dosłownie wszędzie. Cała posesja była jednym wielkim bałaganem, a zapach był nie do zniesienia. Koty wskakiwały na stoły, meble, leżaki i nawet wchodziły do środka domu. I żeby było jasne – to nie wina tych zwierząt. One po prostu nie mają opieki, a agencja Agni Travel nie robi absolutnie nic, by utrzymać porządek i zapewnić gościom normalne warunki. W rezultacie koty zrobiły sobie kuwetę z całej posesji – ogród, trawnik, taras i okolice basenu były zanieczyszczone. Nie dało się tam ani odpocząć, ani zjeść posiłku, ani nawet spokojnie oddychać. Booking.com przyznał nam rekompensatę za stres i niedogodności po kilku dniach naszego horroru i barku ich kontaktu z agencją. Wytrzymaliśmy jeszcze kilka dni i sytuacja stała się już nie do zniesienia, więc dalej informowaliśmy agencję o problemie, ta zaś zaproponowała nam że możemy się wyprowadzić. Agni Travel zapewniła nas, że otrzymamy zwrot pieniędzy za niewykorzystane noce. Opuściliśmy Ville 4 doby wcześniej niż mieliśmy opłacone. Teraz jednak okazuje się, że obie te kwoty zostały zsumowane i potraktowane jako jedno – jakby zwrot i rekompensata były tym samym! To skandaliczne i całkowicie nieuczciwe. Agni Travel wykazała się kompletnym brakiem odpowiedzialności, empatii i profesjonalizmu. Ich komunikacja to żart, a podejście do gościa to brak jakiegokolwiek szacunku. Zamiast spokojnych wakacji przeżyliśmy stres, obrzydzenie i poczucie oszukania. Zdecydowanie odradzam pobyt w Villa Vitamin Blue i współpracę z Agni Travel. To miejsce nie powinno być dostępne na Booking.com. Nigdy więcej!

The villa wasn't bad, although it felt like was outdated in places.

The sun loungers were old and dirty. The yellow ring around the pool didn't appeal to me. We swam once during our stay when they came to clean the pool. On the 1st day of our check in the property had a musky smell that seemed to varnish when we opened the doors and windows. The BBQ grill didn't look appealing as was dirty. The bathtub needs new sealant. Overall these are minor issues and once sorted can make the property a nicer place to stay. On the plus side the rooms were clean so no complaints there.

Location

Arrived to the villa at check in time and found the villa very dirty. Bathrooms were not clean at all, floors were dirty as well as the kitchen facilities. Fridge was so dirty I did not want to put my groceries there. I contacted the owner and was told that due to the Easter holidays the cleaners did not have enough time to clean. After several messages and phone calls I was told that they can’t send anyone to clean anymore and proposed that I would do the cleaning myself on the first day (!!). So, in order to stay there for the first night, I needed to clean the bathroom and kitchen without any proper cleaning equipment. Moreover, we were promised that the cleaner would come to clean the next day. Also, we were told that someone would come and repair a clogged tub. So, the following day we left the villa and moved our luggage to one room to give the cleaners space to clean. However, after returing to the villa in the end of the day, we discovered that the bathrooms and kitchen were not cleaned even though we were told that the cleaner visited the villa… Clogged tub was fixed though. In conclusion, we paid the whole price to stay in a villa which was not cleaned and we ended up cleaning after the previous guests. When I made my complaint to the owner and I was told that I’m supposed to clean the house myself, they did apologise for the inconvenience. However, no compensation or refund was offered.
