Great location in centre of San Gimignano. Garden and terrace a bonus

Booked it as it said it was on ground floor without steps as I am a wheelchair user but it is actually in a basement with 14 steps down so really difficult to access. Most of the kitchen utensils crockery and cutlery was dirty and we had to wash everything before use. Shower needs replacing. Big bush at rear of garden spoils what should be a stunning view

Location within the city walls is very convenient. Nice chill patio with a cute pet turtle. The kitchen overall well equipped.

From the apartment: When booked for 4 people, we used the sofa, which was comfortable but had bedbugs. When we went outside to shake it out, we could notice it was dirty bed sheets. The apartment is hot and has no aircon options. There is no good drainage and we got sewer smell sometimes during the day. About the host: It gave us a really bad experience which ruined our whole stay. She wanted to contact me for our details, and within the span of 1 hour she filed a Booking Complaint, and then threatened us to call the police on us because I didnt immediately reply to her. Very violent individual, would not recommend.

The apartment was quaint and eclectic.The stone structure was beautiful and reflected the ancient environment of San Gimignano. The area was very quiet and favored good rest conditions. Well situated.

Incredible location in San Gimignano minutes away from the Duomo with a garden and view over the town. I felt privileged to be able to stay in a beautiful historic property which had been sensitively renovated and decorated with original art. Well equipped and spacious staying in the centre means you see the town at its best early in the morning and in the evenings when the tour buses have gone. Above all Claudia went out of her way to help and advise when needed and took the time to come and meet us when we arrived and left.

The apartment location was perfect.

The apartment was elegant, very spacious and exceeded our expectations. Claudia our host was gracious and very helpful. The apartment is exactly as you see it in the posting. The view from the yard is amazing. I give this apartment and Claudia our host 10 out of 10.

excellent location inside San Gimignano walls, easily reached by car. the garage was an import point for us: we were able to leave our luggage there and then park the car - it would have been a nightmare to carry all that luggage! Claudia was warm and helpful with us. the house is huge, with a lovely backyard and private entrance. there’s plenty of space to relax and enjoy the beautiful town.

we tried to cook and noticed the pots and pans could be better. we also wanted to use the oven but couldn’t find oven plates or anything similar. there’s a lot of noise one morning too! other than this small issues it was a wonderful stay! if we ever comeback to Tuscany we’ll certainly stay here again! thanks Claudia!!!
