Staff is very accommodating and friendly. Rooms are always clean and comfortable.

Spacious room, clean. Asked for replacement towels and was told they only replace them every two weeks. This location is for long term travelers who stay for weeks at a time. It was also somewhat noisy at night, but worked for a UT game.

We could hear the person in the next room vomiting as well as people on an upper floor partying until 4 am. Kids screaming and adults yelling. We have stayed at this property before and had a good experience but this one was not good. Fit to our room and had food in the refrigerator from a previous guest. Probably won’t be back unless absolutely necessary

The beds were absolutely horrible, but the room very clean

Having a full kitchen available was valuable.

Run down, loud, and filthy

The only thing that was disturbing. Was you either had to rent a coffee pot and or buy it from the hotel.
