Quirky fun decor, easy access, excellent breakfast. Maria the lady who greets you and cooks breakfast couldn’t be more helpful or delightful.

From the moment we arrived Maria was more than helpful and welcoming. She checked us in and showed us around our room. She then called before she was leaving to see if we needed anything else. She have us a courtesy call 5 mins before bring the breakfast to our room to ensure we were up and then called us a couple more times to make sure everything was OK. I don't think she could have done any more for us. So totally satisfied with everything

We made a last minute booking at Domo Hotel and needed to check in late. I called the hotel to check on access and parking- Maria on reception was very clear and reassuring about everything we needed to know and checked us in in advance so we could get straight to bed when we arrived and no admin.. It was a cold night and we didn't get there until about 1am but we were so pleased to be greeted with a beautiful room and bathroom and Maria had turned up the heating so the room was cosy Domo hotel seems like a stylish oasis of calm and we were very pleased to stay there on that night.. We will certainly return if we are staying in the area again

The room was nice, very newly decorated. Great bathroom and in a quite area. The staff we did see in the morning were very helpful

Got there late, 6 minutes past 11pm. No staff on site and we had to ring them. We were on the doorstep and they wouldn't let us in until we had paid for the room again citing it as booking.com policy. My wife was in tears but after half an hour we got in. Had to send them all our bank details and identification and took nearly a week to get the money back. Yet I had spoken to them several times that day. Also ordered a FULL ENGLISH. It comes with a pork sausage not a beef one and with Bacon which I didn't get due to their religious beliefs and the eggs weren't cooked very well. Also wanted a pot of tea, not a cup with a T bag on the end of a string and a wooden stick to stir it.
