Sea Breeze, Luxury Views Seafront Stylish Home

Everything great apart from confusion over which lockbox had the key in it . Lock boxes still numbered but our key was in a NEW unmarked BOX ? No.4 car park space was not long enough for our car so we blocked the pavement .

Very nice place with lovely sea views, well equipt .

The location, the sea view and the comfort of the flat and the facilities.

It would have been useful to have had some bowls to use in the microwave and a casserole dish with a lid for the oven. The car parking space was only small so our estate car spilled over onto the pavement causing a hazard to pedestrians. We saw a sight impaired person walk straight into the back. We therefore parked in the pay and display in the road. The children’s play area is directly opposite which was noisy on Sunday and for a short while after school hours. This will be more noticeable during the main season. The Bay Hotel next door is finally being renovated/converted? and the workmen arrived around 7.30 although the banging started after 8 am and wasn’t too bad but obviously this work will be in progress for sometime. The occupant of the flat above was heavy footed and disturbed the quiet.

The location was excellent with parking space - the flat was very clean and lovely finishing touches with great view of the seafront

Clean and tidy, off road parking and great location.

Parking was little tight for my van but we managed.

The apartment was lovely,its been doneout lovely,spacious yet homely. Well equipped. The view was great looking out every morning. The location is fab as you are right opposite park ,and skate park which was great for our boys. And just up from the pier and walking distance of the harbour and town. Great having parking space right outside. As parking gets very busy. But its tight so recommend smaller car.

It was unfortunate for us our stay was spoiled but loud people upstairs,who all 3 nights were banging, moving things around,up and down the stairs,music loud and just being til 1/2 in the morning. And on one eve had broke into a fight ,verbally and could hear physically which went on for hours. And was scarey. And hardly slept. It's not the fault of the people that own this flat obviously but it did spoil the stay and altho fine a little noise is to be expected in apartments or people walking around etc this was on another level horrendous. And disrespectful to others. We have kids too. And were scared. So just a heads up,and hopefully no one else enjoyed stays has to experience that. But the apartment itself is lovely. The only thing I missed in the double bedroom was a set of drawers. Even a small one as the boxes look great but hard to fit bits in.

Excellant location, wonderful sea views, very near the town centre with shops and eating places. Nice part of the world pleanty to do. There was a very good, promt response when we had a minor problem with the heating. getting our own car parking space was very helpful. On cold days the flat was very warm and cosy.

the wiring is a bit strange, we eventually worked out that the hall light switch in the lounge and the kitchen light switch is in the hall! The lighting in the lounge makes it difficult to read by in the evening.
