Había café gratis y las camas tienen intimidad

Me enviaron un cobro sin avisar, a nombre de otro hotel y en dólares australianos, además por un importe superior. Yo no reconoci este pago y pensaba que me habían clonado la tarjeta y me estaban robando. Perdí todo el día hablando con mi banco y bloquee las tarjetas hasta que puede descubrir que habían sido ellos. Además aplicaron un cambio malísimo y así me cobraron de más. En la reserva pone que cobran en dólares Usa al cambio oficial. MUY MAL También pone que no se pueden celebrar fiestas y ellos celebraban fiestas todos los días molestando a los clientes. ESTO SE TIENE QUE AVISAR ANTES PARA DECIDIR SI AUIERES ESE RUIDO O NO
