Wyndham Garden Hoi An Cua Dai Beach

The beds were so comfortable we had 2 queens sized bed in one room small ocean view. The food in the restaurant was amazing, and the breakfast was incredible. Its in a quite part of Hoi An , walk to the beach in 2 minutes.

The hotel is nice with a good breakfast. We had 2 rooms facing the beach which although was nice the road noise was disturbing. There is also a hotel currently being built in front of the hotel which distracts from the view. I would recommend asking for a pool view room. The hotel provide towels and you have access to the beach club across the road, this wasn't told to us at reception however, I was aware from reviews on here you will also have access to free sunbeds. To get to the busier stretch of beach with water sports ect you can get the hotels shuttle bus which only leaves once in the morning 10am and then 4pm you have to book as this bus also goes to Hoi An. We walked back along the beach took around 50mins. The hotels location wasn't great for us - there are restaurants within walking distance but that's it, no shopping and no ATM. There is an ATM where the shuttle bus drops you for the beach otherwise you will find them in Hoi An old quarter, which is gorgeous. One last thing we did notice in Hoi An when we tipped in the restaurants there was normally a guy sitting outside directly facing the restaurant and the waiter would hand the cash over to them. After seeing this a couple of times we stopped tipping.

Hotel with a real wow factor. Greeted by very attentive staff who couldnt do enough for you. This hotel was a 100m from the beach. Being located outside HoiAn the hotel provides free shuttle bus service into the centre. Also free transfer from / to the airport. Rooms were lovely. Comfy beds, good facilities. Lovely balcony overlooking the beach. The hotel had a lovely pool and pool bar and food was superb.

Our stay was very enjoyable, should we return to Hoi An we will most definitely stay at the Wyndham Gardens again. We would like to thank the food and beverage manager ( Lisa ) for her excellent service and hospitality.

We chose this hotel somewhat at random, but were very pleased with our stay. The staff were super friendly and helpful, breakfast was good, and the room and bathroom were spacious and very nice. Wifi was good and room safe was big enough for a computer. Food and drink prices were reasonable by hotel standards (e.g. about $4 for an Aperol poolside). Only limitation was -- the footprint of the hotel is limited so the pool deck is a bit small and has only 14 lounge chairs for ~100 rooms. Late morning they might fill up. But the hotel has an arrangement with a beach club across the road, so guests can use beach chairs over there. About a dozen local beachfront seafood restaurants are nearby. A taxi or app car to the Hoi An old town is $3-5 each way depending on time of day.

We had a truly wonderful stay at the Wyndham Garden Hoi An, and the highlight of our experience was undoubtedly the professionalism and warmth of the staff. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and well cared for — nothing was ever too much trouble. While it would be invidious to single anyone out in particular, as every team member contributed to making our stay special, we must acknowledge that Von Nguy, Maya, Sunny, and Nhi were especially attentive and thoughtful. Their friendly demeanour, efficiency, and attention to detail were deeply appreciated and added a personal touch to our visit. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, ideally located, and offers a perfect balance of comfort and style — but it's the people who work there who truly set it apart. Thank you, Wyndham Garden Hoi An, for a memorable experience. We look forward to returning!

The Wyndham Garden hotel is exceptional. The welcome, the kindness of staff, the thoughtfulness of giving us complimentary fruit on our last day, the beautiful pool and wonderful cocktails! The rooms were spacious and were immaculately presented. The breakfast was extensive and the head chef clearly took great pride in his work. He is a real asset to the hotel . One evening the hotel provided some live music from some very gifted musicians while we had our very tasty evening meal. Finally the general manager…her attention to detail and her kindness shone through. Nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We had a good stay here, the staff were very friendly. The buffet breakfast was great, the rooms were spacious and clean and the hotel wasn't worn or hired at all. The doors do bang very loudly which was a bit annoying and the staff do try to sell you on packages quite a lot. The pool was a nice way to get out of the heat. Aircon was good in the rooms. We had two adjoining rooms as we are a family of 5. TVs were in the rooms but don't have Netflix or any casting options, so limited to 2 English movie channels and news, music, sports channels. My daughter and I had a massage and facial which were affordable and enjoyable.

I really enjoyed my stay, great resort, great full spa experience, good gym, great staff. Thank you.
