Extremely disappointed with my experience at La Maison Suisse Döttingen. The hotel management charged us CHF 1,000 (approximately ₹1,23,000) for what they claimed was water damage caused by a very small amount of water (at most the equivalent of 1–2 glasses) that entered the room from the bathroom due to slow drainage and the bathroom’s design. This was clearly accidental and certainly not intentional. If the hotel is genuinely concerned about water reaching the room, a proper partition or barrier should have been installed between the bathroom and the wooden flooring area. The design itself allows water to flow into the room when drainage is inadequate. The hotel staff themselves recorded a video and photos of the incident, which clearly shows that only a small amount of water had entered the room. No guest intends to damage hotel property, and if someone wanted to cause damage, they certainly would not allow such an incident to happen openly and have it documented. Charging CHF 1,000 (approximately ₹1,23000) for such a minor and accidental occurrence feels excessive, unreasonable, and unfair. I would strongly urge future guests to be cautious and to thoroughly inspect the bathroom design and hotel policies before booking. Unfortunately, this experience overshadowed our entire stay.

"Bad staff who works only for Tips Alina"

Ver bad attitude of a staff and if guest give to tips Alina she very nice but someone don’t give tips she is very rude she even don’t want to talk to the guest n help them I don’t understand why hotels like you train your staff how to be in hospitality industry n how to treat your customers It’s feel like your company don’t care and Shehan who getting training from Alina won’t be a great in hospitality industry
