Todo nuevo, moderno, bien decorado, muy espacioso, dos cuartos de baño y dormitorios muy grandes, personal muy amable, en medio del pueblo en una casa indiana preciosa y reformada.

Poca vajilla y necesidad de poner lavavajillas a menudo si vas a cocinar. Precio bastante elevado para un pueblo pero es un cuatro estrellas.

Schitterende accommodatie. Fijne sfeer. Alle co fort. We hadden een zeer ruim appartement met groot terras.

Jammer dat we nog €10 moesten betalen voor de parkeergarage, terwijl we al €260 per nacht betalen voor het appartement.

Prachtig gebouw met een leuke bar en mooi terras aan de voorzijde. Winkels en bars in het gezellige dorpje zijn op wandelafstand maar toch is het appartement rustig gelegen. Het appartement was modern, van al het nodige voorzien, heel mooi ingericht, ruim en heeft comfortabele bedden. Het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Absoluut een aanrader!

Airco was niet aanwezig, wat wel een nadeel was op warmere dagen. Maar dit weegt absoluut niet op tegen de vele voordelen!

We had a 2 bedroom apartment with garden which was amazing, lovely and clean and everything you needed. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. We couldn’t fault anything.

Nothing

The apartment is very well decorated, located in a cute little town in northern Spain. Parking is easy and free outside (although on saturday morning you can't park in front of the hotel, there is a parking lot 200 m away, it was not a problem at all). Wi-fi in 5G is great - 500 mbps. The area is also very calm. The gym is also very good, one of the best we have seen in hotels, honestly.

The first night was a nightmare. When we arrived there were used coffee pods and dirty dishes in the dishwasher, which shows lack in cleaning in the kitchen. However, the bathroom seemed perfectly clean. The solution by the hosts to clean it the next day - we ended up cleaning someone else's dishes. When we tried to take a bath there was no hot water - the host was super fast in fixing this. Also, the extraction fan did not work the entire time, which meant we had to cook with the windows open. We didn't enjoy the fact that there were doors that are left open in the property - it should be by code/card and not simply like it is. Felt a bit unsafe. Additionally, there were objects in the ground overnight in the first night and there was no light so it was a bit tricky. The door for the second room (separate beds) was closed - we rented the entire apartment so we don't really understand why we can't have access to all of it. Also, if the apartment is for 4 people, there is a very small amount of plates, cup (3 cups) and cutlery. The pet tax is high - the highest we paid in Spain so far (75€ for 3 nights), which meant it added another night in terms of final pricing. They do provide bowls and a dog bed (unrequested) but it's a bit of a deal breaker in comparison with other hotels. Overall there are some issues that could have been avoided and by reading other guests' reviews, we do feel we were somewhat unlucky, but this was indeed our experience.
