Please note that there is a nonrefundable 1.4% charge when you pay with a Visa or Mastercard credit card, and a nonrefundable 2.75% charge when you pay with an American Express credit card. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. We require a physical card for the balance and pre authorization to be presented on check-in by the cardholder. Please note that virtual driving licenses are not accepted as a form of identification. Housekeeping services: If you have booked a stay of 6 days or more, your room will be serviced every three days. **Additional services can be booked with Reception for an extra charge**Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
