only one idly was given as beakfast,not as mentioned in treebo brochure given at roo,no toiletries,poorly cleaned toilet,slippery floors,we changed room still new room had poor cleanliness. no kettle,and wndow was extremely uncomfortable,one side of the wall was just glass-very low privacy. they didnt charge generator and current was going on and off.very very disappoiting,gven we opted rooms with breakfast option just to get one idly and still eating out later.

The reception staff was very rude, particularly th e one who checked us in. Insisting on the full payment including the charges for extra bed at the time of checkin. A token deposit of 5000/- was done by us furing check in and we requested to pay the reminder after freshening up as the money was inside our luggage. However, barely could we reach the room, a perdon from the reception came to collect the reminder cash including charge for extra bed. When asked for a receipt, they simply refued to provide one with. Very poor hospitality

The hotel is extremely dirty and poorly managed.The hotel seriously needs to evaluate options for improving general cleanliness. Had one of the worst experience in my life. Staff are terrible....front desk guys were worst and indifferent. Even toilet seat was broken an un hygienic. Room was dust central, dust had settled everywhere and even after us wiping it off with some baby wipes it would re settle. Under the bed was filthy with dirt and dust looked like it had been forgotten about by the cleaner.
