Não gostei da limpeza.... A máquina da roupa não faz centrífugacao

Gostei do tamanho do apartamento, do equipamento, da limpeza, comodidades, impecável. Excelente relação qualidade-preço.

A única coisa a reparar foi a limpeza da piscina mas após termos falado com a gestão alguém foi desinfetar a água.

Great amenities

The apartment itself is luxurious.

Bed bugs, ticks and snails. Horrible cleaning overall. High price for a low quality cleaning, not just this apartment but all from Homing. Beds were of super low quality and uncomfortable, being too hard.

The property is clean and close to amenities.

I wasn't so happy with the agency. Firstly, after booking, I get bombarded by emails that are not helpful. I filled out the online check-in and then got notifications that if I didn't fill it out, I couldn't stay. Lists of extra charges I would incur in big bold capital letters... just felt very aggressive. Instead of a key box at the location (which I am used to), I had to go to their office in the pouring rain. I did so, then headed to the property, which is about 2km away, to find out they had given me the wrong key. It was very frustrating, but mistakes happen. I called them, and they had nobody come to the property to help, and they had no idea when they would have somebody free to deliver the correct key. So they were insisting I needed to go back to their office. I chose my check-in time specifically because I had a meeting to go to, and I ended up being late for it. I felt the service was very cold and uncaring, to be honest. no friendly welcome. At the apartment, there are no dishcloths, cleaning products, tea towels, or anything else to clean as you stay, which was a bit frustrating, but I understand this is their policy.
