In the booking advertisements, they stated that there is a key box, but they said there is no key box. There is a conflict between the advertisements and the accommodation policies. Also, there is a ridiculous time limit for check-in, be prepared to pay extra for late check-in ! After a long discussion, they said that they installed the key box for us and did not ask for any money. But I do not think this is true because there was a sentence in the accommodation conditions hanging inside the house that referred to the key box. Due to the stress and anger they created, I unfortunately can’t recommend this apartment.

The front garden was good for getting the sun

The road was very noisy and lots of dogs barking all day.

Tastefully decorated apartment in walking distance of all the main addresses in Albufeira.

- Amazing location, 5/10 minute downhill walk to all beaches and restaurants. 3 grocery shops within a 5 minute walk. - Really clean, spare bedding and lots of towels provided. All kitchen glassware and cooking utensils provided. - Terrace at the front of the property was lovely, got the sun every morning until about 2.30 - Both me and my wife worked remotely from the apartment and there was plenty of space for 2

- The back terrace doesn't get the sun, so we didn't sit out there a lot we used it for drying washing instead. - Having to pay extra to be met on arrival to have the keys handed over because we arrived at 7pm - We would have happily collected the keys from a lock box rather than pay the extra.

We had an early flight time and Tony was there to hand us the keys when we arrived at the property which meant we didn’t have to wait for 3 hours to get in 😁

Great location, it had absolutely everything we needed including a washing machine and coffee machine, the front outdoor space was great and had the sun until 15.00 each day.

The road outside was a bit noisy at certain times of the day but wouldn’t put us off staying at that location again.
