Location is very bad 👎 For family members

I don't recommend the place at all, very noisy place, if you stay there you won't find peace, people are constantly passing by on the street shouting and shouting, they stop under the window to talk, they leave their bottles and glasses on the window of our apartment. there are also huge rats walking under the window, which hide down in the hollowed-out wall, across the street is a kebab shop, which works until 4-5 in the morning, you can also hear screaming from the kitchen, the joinery is of extremely poor quality, all this noise passes through it, which is not isolated. clubs and discotheques can be found on the neighboring street. Noisy! Very noisy!I consider as an inconvenience the fact that there is no one to check you in and check you out , for our entire stay we couldnt sleep and rest tbh there was not a cleaner even once, there is a dishwasher - no capsules available, not enough toilet paper, no trays in the bathroom, a new apartment, but it is not maintained and a lot dirty, I'm sure the apartment was not cleaned when we moved in. Bedside lamps not working, sofa disgustingly dirty. The sheets smelled damp and musty, especially the pillowcases. Their self check in and check out system is difficult to handle. At check out they sent us a link, skipping booking. In the case of an eventually next reservation, we should use a direct reservation, which I also think is incorrect! Very disappointed! 😡😡😡

Bar near property. Noisy at night. Could still sleep ok though.

good walking distance to things around the port, three bedrooms, air conditioning, lots of privacy with the window shades, clean space.

it is very noisy and I wouldn’t walk alone at night if female where the car entrance is, as there is a lot of people that drink in the space as were surrounded by bars. I put my ear plugs in at night so didn’t hear the music and partying on the weekend so it didn’t bother me. I also couldn’t locate the washing machine in this apartment. it’s also hard to find as the booking.com gives address of the back door to the complex but the first time you go there you need to go to the code the faro housing place give you on WhatsApp. I had to bother the hosts to help me. so be aware there are two doors and once you have the key you can go out the side door (safer) than the car door entrance. there’s no cleaning products so you can’t tidy up - I would of loved to give it a wipe down on the bench and wash my dishes - but we were only there for three nights so no point in buying a bunch of cleaning products for this.

The accommodation had everything you could want or need, it was perfect 😊

It was next to a club/pub, so did get noisy at night, but besides that really nice :)

The home was immaculate and newly finished. The home is in a gated complex which feels very safe. The location is walking distance to the marina and city centre. The host answered all of our questions quickly. The unit had all typical appliances, a washer/dryer and dishwasher.

The home is directly next to a bar and night club where loud music plays every single night until 4 am. Even on Sundays! If you’re a light sleeper or not a party person this place may not be for you. Our unit had bedroom windows directly facing the night club. Other units may be quieter. The location is difficult to find initially as it is not directly on Rua Compromisso. It is one street beside Compromisso called Bruxelle. The main toilet was a little fickle, but the management person got it working again. I wish that for the price per week they would have supplied a little dish soap, paper towel, and more than two rolls of toilet paper. It didn’t come with any of that so we had to buy it all.
