La chambre du sous sol était humide les troisième couples ont dû de dormir au salon toute les séjours.

Resort was very good and very friendly

Villa was very shabby on terrace, furniture stained and worn. No paint on decking. Inside not enough cutlery for guests, bath and shower not working. also villa not secure as we had laundry stolen from terrace.

Sun loungers on the decking would have been a bonus.

This apartment is stunning, with amazing views, and having a pool is great to cool down. Location wise, it isn't near anything apart from a Spar about a 10 minute walk away down (and then back up) a hill, so you need to get an Uber really everywhere, especially if it's very hot. However, the Uber's are reliable and cheap. We booked a Wine Tasting tour through the QR code left in the accommodation, which was great.

Unlike what is shared, the apartment does not have AC throughout. Although the living room and kitchen, the two upstairs rooms have very good AC, the bottom bedroom has nothing. We spotted a review that noted the 'lack of ventilation' in the bottom floor, and when I emailed Homing to ask a month before our trip, they responded that every room in the apartment had AC, which we found was a lie. We likely would have looked to find somewhere else to stay if we had known the truth, which maybe they knew. When I spoke to Homing about this on arrival via Whatsapp, they simply admitted the 'cave room' didn't have AC. I had to ask if they could do anything about it, like bring a fan, especially as the Algarve had a heatwave throughout our stay there. Someone eventually brought a fan late afternoon (the next day!), still in a box, which we suspected had just been purchased. I recommend to Homing, if you don't have AC in a room to a) leave a fan for guests and b) not lie about it. Had a great stay and the place is beautiful, but we didn't appreciate the dishonesty.

private pool was lovely , comfortable seating area outside, aircon was very good EXCEPT none in downstairs bedroom, very spacious apartment split on 3 levels, nearest shop 10 min walk on a very steep hill, as we arrived at 9pm we used uber eats, and bought tea/coffee etc next day, every trip from apt was an uber approx 4-6 euro to old town, slightly more to marina but a quiet residential area

we were met in person and shown the rooms; as it was after 7pm (arrived 8 pm) we had to pay 30 euro in cash we had to buy additional toilet rolls and washed our towels through the 5 days stay ( requested extra but were told only supplied on 1st day)

Property was lovely perfect for me and the family quiet away from the Amon strip but can get cab there in 5-10 mins and cabs are cheap
