The location, the security, the washing machine. They let us go in early to drop off our suitcases as we had to take the hire car back.

Lack of normal consumable items such as washing up liquid, spare toilet roll, soap in the bathroom, salt and pepper and oil, washing powder/liquid. We are on holiday. We do not want to think of these things. This apartment was expensive compared to others we stayed at. We were left with the impression that this is a money making enterprise. Faceless and cotactless host who uses WhatsApp to communicate with tourists. We had to let another couple in that was standing at the gate and help them when they had no instructions. Company did not have the right mobile number for whatever reason.
