Vilamoura Traditional Villa with Pool by Homing

A casa é funcional, a piscina sendo pequena é uma mais valia, o espaço exterior com churrasqueira é agradável. O número de quartos e wc's é positivo.

A qualidade dos colchões podia ser melhor, a máquina de lavar louça não funcionava.

Location is superb and the villa itself was clean and had all we needed.

The garden furniture really is on its last legs. Two of the chairs were broken and one of the two sunbeds as well. I think for a villa that has four bedrooms and can sleep so many having four sunbeds should be manageable.

Location was spot on for Marina and golf. Bedrooms were all a good size, clean with plenty of storage place and hangers. Kitchen was huge with plenty of kit to use if you wanted to cook there. Pool was small but clean and crisp clean on using it. Hot water on tap with aircon if you needed it in every bedroom.

Slightly dated decore but clean and spotless on arrival.. 10.30 check out was a tad of an issue as we weren't flying until 5pm but I could have booked it for later so will do next time.

Location was good and walking distance to vilamoura and very close to a Spar for last minute items

Whilst the property was cheap due to being out of season there were some issue with the property. No hot water coming out of showers. Staff sent someone down on first day whilst we were out, videoed himself showing us that hot water was coming from bathroom sink & kitchen sink. After many heated messages to the agent explaining there is still no hot water coming out the showers (which they hadn’t tested) they finally got someone down and realised there was a problem with the boiler/water tank which he then fixed. The biggest problem which the agents have ignored is the smells from the downstairs bathroom drains. Honestly, an unbelievable smell of stagnant water and I imagine sewage. We could not get rid of the smell and may explain why there was a very strong smell of bleach whe we first arrived - agents have still not responded. Lastly, whilst it does state on their T&Cs that they apparently hold a £500 deposit for 14 days I think given our stay was for only 3 nights, this is completely unacceptable. I must also note this wasn’t the villa I chose. They cancelled my villa a few days before. Offered me a smaller place further away and with even worse reviews than this property! I went for this for the same number of bedrooms, slightly closer to my original request and slightly better reviews!

Property was roomy, plenty of space.

It was such a shame, we were there for 4 night/5 days, on arrival it was clear that the pool had been terribly neglected & nothing done in advance of our stay. By the time we left, we had not been able to use the pool, there was a trench in the garden & we were disappointed. The property had no power at one point & also with the pool area being dug out, at least 2 days were without wifi, so whether a cable had been cut or not, we did not know. Pool issues aside, had everything been as advertised, we would have been very happy with our booking.

Quand on est arrivé rien était fait herbes grands la piscine pas prope la porte entrée on arrivez pas à ouvrir je pense que par rapport qualité prix je conseille pas

La piscine est vraiment très belle. La localisation en algarve et proche du centre de Vilamoura est vrai avantage.

Nous avons rencontré un problème de lave vaisselle qui a nécessité 2 interventions pour être résolu.
