"Too loud to sleep/ not comfortable"

The staff was friendly

The only time we got any sleep was when the ac kicked on to drown out the noise. Initially we thought that it was other tenants but when we got up the next morning, we discovered that the staff must be staying at the hotel and whatever it is that they have with them maybe the radio or TV it was very loud, and we did not get to sleep, hardly at all. There were roaches too. We couldn't wait to get out of there.

Came in to check in and there was no room available. Front rep wanted to put me in a one bed room that was under construction. My booking was for 2 beds and they did not want to refund me what I paid. The whole building was a mess, trash everywhere and under construction.

Nothing gave me a room where someone left a bunch of toilet paper on the floor with feces on it then the manager was ๏ฟผgiving me the same room over price telling me his dumb ass was the loser
