The most friendly staff. We always stay here when we go to The St James theatre for a show. Easy 10 minute walk, and good restaurants close by. Great location to Cuba Street and FREE parking. Double glazed but a bit of street noise from Ghuznee if you're a light sleeper. Super clean and comfy.

Lovely clean room, well appointed, nice shampoos etc, friendly staff, comfortable beds. Only issue is that the bar/nightclub down stairs played very loud music until 2am Saturday night and 1am (I think) Friday night. Suggest ask for a quiet room (on the other side of the hotel) and definitely bring earplugs. Great central location.
