Easy access to everything supermarket church school and buses and restaurant, two very clean, peaceful and the bed was comfortable I give it 100% I am more than please.

There wasn't nothing I didn't like. So far, it's one of the best AirB&B I stayed in so far.

Much farther from everything than I expected. 3 people share 1 bathroom. Wouldn’t allow my boyfriend to stay even for extra money.

I had to ask for access codes three times. She told us she'd send us codes on the previous day, which she didn't. When we finally got them 5 hrs before the check-in time, they were wrong. What was even worse, she sent us to 1.4 miles away WRONG apartment. We went to the original house shown on Bookiing.com, the door doesn't open, then she sent us a instruction to go to the different apartment, the door doesn't open again, then she told us we had to drive back to the first house again without giving us the codes over the phone. We had to wait for her son to come over to open the doors. She did not apologize once, and even told us "you can check into some hotel." at 10PM. This apartment has three doors with different codes to get in to your room. After sending us wrong codes, she told us to go to Booking.com. We were begging for the correct codes on the phone, and this was her reply. I've stayed at many hotels and Airbnbs in the past, and have given perfect scores to most of them, but this is the worst experience. I had to remove someone's hair left all over in the shower, the shower is very weak, there is a barking dog somewhere in the building, there was no bathmat, paper towel or dish sponge, it's inconvenient to go to Manhattan... but these were minor, compared to her lack of responding and rude attitude on the phone.
