Erstmals gab es nach Jahren und bei über 40 Buchungen Buchungsprobleme bei ihrer Fa. BOOKING.COM und wurden alle Anfragen und Hinweise untureichend bearbeitet und musste am ANREISETAG eine besondere ungewöhnli- che Buchungsform gefunden werden. Diese Buchung war außergewöhnlich problembehaf- tet! GRÜNDE SIND INS NIXHT BEKANNT.

S.o. Das Perdonal der Ferienwohnung war außerge- wohnlich an der Sicherung der Belegung inters- siert und hat uns sehr unterstützt.0
