Oasis Diverse Adult Retreat

Very nice stay!

My wife and I booked a two night stay here with our 32 yr old son as we toured through Costa Rica. A warm friendly welcome by Stephan on our arrival and was greeted with an upgrade. The hot tub is nice and relaxing after a hard days slog sight seeing and although we didn’t make it to the pool (we thought the hot tub was the pool, it’s that big) it looked very inviting. Having read some reviews previously we asked Stephan to cook for us, he normally asks for 48 hours notice but kindly agreed to cook for us…. And OMG he can cook, of course he’s a professional chef by trade and it reflects in what he served us, Heaven in three wonderful plates of food…. And two courses I personally would never have chosen, ever, but I enjoyed every mouthful. Breakfast too… Breakfast was Yummy!! Well located for Manuel Antonio national park…. Buy tickets online the day before and take a solid flask of water/juice with you as you can’t take plastic bottles into the park….. neither can you smoke, cigarettes will also be binned.

Great property to relax at!

My husband and I visited here only one night, but we look forward to our next visit to Costa Rica, even if the only thing we do is stay at this property. Stephan was an incredible host that was very pleasant, professional, and a genuinely kind person. It was obvious that he cared very much about the comfort and satisfaction of his guests. The pool and jacuzzi were beautiful and relaxing. The on-site staff was very helpful and also very caring. Our “red” room was amazing and it felt like we were in our own paradise. I highly recommend this place to any newcomer or resident of this beautiful country of Costa Rica.

Stephan went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable. Breakfast was excellent. Hot tub very secluded and in beautiful rain forest with local wildlife.

It was off-season, so no other guests. Rainy season is a great time at Manuel Antonio. Not crowded like the winter.

What an amazing and welcoming place to stay when visiting Manuel Antonio. Stephan is a great host and creates such a welcoming environment for a diverse crowd to really just relax and take in all the nature around you. I really felt like I was just visiting a friend and could be myself. Nice clean rooms, nature all around you, pool and hot tub, an amazing breakfast every day the list goes on. The whole place is surrounded by trees and so full of nature, just off the main road but a literal oasis once you enter the gate of the secured parking lot. Couldn't recommend this place enough and can't wait to visit again soon! Thank you Stephan, always a pleasure to find, support and enjoy an LGBT owned and operated establishment that is truly welcoming to anyone!
