The Orchard Hostel Private Bunks

The "private rooms" are no more than the lower bunk bed with a sliding door and a very shoddy lock. However they were much more comfortable than the upper bunks looked.

If you’re tall, you probably wouldn’t enjoy it as much due to the bunk bed setting and overall “tight” nature of the spaces. In general, it’s cozy.

This probably is a rare occurrence but, I had the whole hostel to myself and loved it😀 It’s right on the Main Street entering Radium. There are regular dorm bunks, and just below them are little tiny private rooms with a sliding door, chain lock, double bed that you can sit up straight in, a night table with a lamp and outlet. Bathrooms were very clean, there was a full kitchen and little balconies if you need fresh air. This place is down the road from an amazing Austrian restaurant, and a 5 min drive from some great Cafe’s. I loved the whole place.

I very much enjoyed staying at the Orchard Hostel. It wasn't busy at the time and the other people staying there were very nice. I purposefully booked a double room so I can have space for my luggage. I liked the layout of the hostel. One definitly made the most out of the space. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathrooms were clean. Each room came with a seperate locker downstairs. There was free parking in front of the hostel. Restaurants and a supermarket are close by.

Cute bunks but bathrooms and top bunks are extremely small

Feels Like a hobbit hole in a good way. Hot but expected to be bc it’s 30 outside. Very clean and cozy
