This is my 3rd stay at a Bayfront Hotel (twice at Capitol, once across SM City) and one thing I really love is the room because it's quiet (can really get a good night's sleep and rest without distractions) and the bed, pillows, covers are really comfortable. Everything is accessible.

Only one guard was multitasking letting new guests in the building parking and opening/closing the gate of the outdoor parking so it took a while for us already checked in guests to get inside the building parking. Parking ticket rules weren't relayed properly. Only one staff manned the pool area as well, multitasking between releasing/collecting towels, listing guests, taking orders, serving orders, cashier work. Felt bad for the guard and the pool staff because they were rushing around getting many things done. The radio station Win Radio was blasting from the pool speakers playing so many ads and diskoral remix music which was odd and did not match with the hotel's elegant aura. We also didn't appreciate the very rowdy and chaotic groups that we encountered in the lobby and elevator, but this isn't in any way the hotel's fault. Maybe just a tip for hotel goers who want a peaceful stay that it can be very chaotic on weekends.
