Staff very accomadating and location accessible to everything that what makes it a good place to stay.

The breakfast buffet menu wasnt that good.so dont expect that it will be satisfy your appetite and if you been to a lot of hotel you can really spot the difference our stay was not that exceptional due to the breakfast buffet experience better order food that you like.

Encore une fois nous n'avons pas eu la chambre réservée ! Petit déjeuner buffet sans choix peu de place pour s'asseoir bruyant et ils ne remettent pas assez régulièrement des choses au buffet. Hotel bruyant

Jeg bodd ikke på dette hotellet. Jeg ble henvist til Bayfront north - langt fra sentrum, utrygge omgivelser og uten svømmebasseng. Dette var forhold jeg vektla ved valg av hotell. Flyttingen skyltes visstnok at det rommet jeg skulle hatt var under oppussing. Jeg føler meg lurt og dårlig behandlet.

Worst experience in a Hotel ever. First, their prices are higher upon walk-ins at the front desk than online, hence senior filipino citizens are discriminated as their due discount cannot be deducted when booking online. Second, they said we have to wait for 30 minutes until the online booking is available with them, other places see the booking instantly, so we left and decided to come back for the check-in later. The pool was not available at the checked-in day as" Deck at 19 will be temporarily closed today 23 APRIL 2026 from 04:30 P.M. - 09:00 P.M. for EXCLUSIVE EVENT." but very unfortunately the receptionist did not have the politeness and respect towards the customer to inform us of this situation prior to us booking the rooms, which led to us paying a full price for rooms that had not all included facilities available, we would have chosen another place had we known about it earlier. Nothing was done after our complaint, no reduction, no voucher for food or anything. The info was only on display at the top floor, giving access to the pool. Later that day, the security guard did not want to let us into the building's car park even though we had already checked-in earlier and had our room cards, we had to insist and on having a room with them and showing our room keycard, another issue for no reason as the car's number plate was already registered by another security guard earlier. They had also forgotten to give us the vouchers for the breakfast as we had to go back to the front desk in the morning and claim our vouchers. The pillows were of very bad cheap quality definitely not giving you a good night's sleep. Finally, the breakfast buffet was terrible as the whole place was dirty, untidy and oily, all the plates had some oily film on them as they have been poorly washed and the buffet has a very limited offer for caucasian guests as the focus is clearly put in the Korean guests which is indeed not very welcoming.
