Perfect for one night stays

The hotel was comfortable and very clean. The position was great for the historic centre of the city and market and, although it's position is near to a busy main road, there was no road noise. The staff, especially Natalia, were helpful and friendly. I would certainly recommend a stay here.

Friendly concierge, clean room albeit basic/small but perfect for a solo traveller. Location was superb. Bed was comfortable. Air con was bliss. All staff reslly friendly and welcoming.

We had a great stay at Mythic. We got the upstairs room for 3 and it was very spacious. Furnishing was tasteful and clean. The bathroom is huge. It's much nicer than the pictures. I was a little hesitant due couple of negative reviews about the lack of outside-facing windows, but it didn't bother us at all. All rooms have windows facing an interior atrium. The atrium has real trees and plants so it was quite nice. Service was low key but helpful and courteous. Breakfast was good. The location is very convenient, 5-10 minute walk to Serrano Tower/old town. The immediate surrounding is a normal neighborhood (not touristy) so it was pretty quiet. Street parking is tight, but fortunately we found one (and saved some money). Overall, we really enjoy our stay here.

Very enjoyable

Mythic was excellent - really friendly staff, beautiful interior, excellent air con and huge beds - and a perfect location, very close to the park :-) we really enjoyed our stay. Only a few things could improve it - definitely a kettle and a squeegee for the bathroom. The bathroom also had a frosted glass door and the light was bright, so would light up the whole room (not ideal for nighttime bathroom trips trying not to wake up your partner!), so a blind on the bathroom door would be great. I would also recommend bringing earplugs because you can hear people walking and talking outside the rooms, but this wasn't a huge issue for us. The room was functional rather than luxurious but that was exactly what we needed! All in all I would recommend Mythic!

The property is eclectic. The rooms do not exterior windows, meaning to the outside. All rooms open to the interior. This impedes on privacy and fresh air, making the rooms feel claustrophobic. We booked a “Panoramic Double Room”. Our window, which bordered the bed, looked onto a stairway. The reception agreed that the room was not panoramic. They stated that they did not create the description , but the booking agency did.. The area is not the best either. Rather eclectic which has a gentrifying feel. This side of the Turia is much less central and convenient. The property is very clean and well taken care of. The breakfast is basic and rather simple. It’s best to pass on this option. Our double bed only had a twin bedspread. We asked for a double bedspread for our double bed, but it never showed up. We even asked for two twin bedspreads. Again, nothing. With all these issues, I cannot recommend this hotel in good faith. I felt like the room description was false advertising. In addition, I found many of the hotel’s qualities lacking.

Very unusual and probably quite unique property, defies the expectations from outside & is a pleasant place to stay.
