Be very careful! Myself and a group of friends stayed here for 2 nights in May 2024. We payed through booking.com and then the host messaged me on WhatsApp a few days before our stay to ask for a €350 safety deposit. (Which wasn’t fully returned!) We sent this money on revolut. We booked for 7 people but there was only enough beds for 5. The double sofa bed is not a double and just about a single. We left the apartment spotless and put all bed clothes etc. in the washing machine before we left. A few days after I messaged the host to see when our deposit would be returned she said it usually takes 5 working days. 9 days after we checked out we still hadn’t received our deposit back. I messaged the host again and she then replied saying that the bottom of the bin in the kitchen was damaged and that she would be taking it from our deposit. We really don’t believe we damaged the bin but how and ever the picture she sent us showed very minimal damage which could have happened at any time during any stay. So minimal you wouldn’t notice unless you went looking for it. Please note we were informed of this 9 days after our stay! The host charged us €80 for damage we didn’t cause and even if we did it was a small kitchen bin which wouldn’t warrant an €80 bill. Previous reviews have also stated how this host has taken from other people’s deposits accusing them of damages to the property. Please be very careful! Taxis were hard to come by as many were very reluctant to come to the area also.

Facilities were great: Two bathrooms, kitchen, small garden

The booking was made for seven people. When we arrived, one bed was missing (the sofa was mended for two people). The host brought us an air mattress, which was not clean at all. The sofa was too small for a tall man. There was hair and dirt in the bath tub. One picture hanging at the wall was broken

A perfect house for our family trip back to Belfast. The house was warm, clean, tidy, modern, tastefully decorated with great facilities.

Nothing the place was filthy. Had to clean the kitchen before I could even use it to cook. Toilets were dirty, bedding had hairs from previous guest.

Everything. We have been accused of breaking a blind and the property owner has kept the £300 deposit.

The property was amazing and Tracy the host was very helpful.

such a beautiful house , it looks exactly like it shows in the pictures ! Everything was just so amazing ,, the host was really lovely as well , there is a Tesco near by and it is really easy to get into the city !

Host was very kind , good communication. Helpful with everything. House was spotless, lovely interior. Bed were comfy, sheets were clean.

Location is not what we expected, it is in a house estate however it was still close enough to city centre. Close to trams etc.

Area is very dodgy! Went out into the city centre on New Year’s Eve and came back late after midnight and found the whole estate was locked off by big gates due to the history of how the area is, so we went another route and we were stuck driving around for 30 mins looking how to get back back! Whole area is unsafe. Host aswell is just terrible at communication and a THIEF! In order to get the code for the lockbox you are required to pay a deposit of 350 euros. When we arrived to the house all was okay but there was a few stains and tears on the stairs and chairs but did not bother us as it was only for one night. The host the next day informs me that I will receive my deposit back by Friday but then next day she tells me about tears and stains on furniture when it was ALREADY in that condition when we got there. Unfortunately I did not think to take pictures of it because I didn’t think the host would try BLAME me for it and everytime I asked her for evidence she stalled it and took her 6 days after our stay to provide it. DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR and still refuses to send the deposit back.
