Very disappointing experience. Before arriving we saw a concerning review about bed bugs on Hostel World, but since the hostel responded claiming the problem was resolved, we gave it a chance. Within minutes of arriving and checking the beds, we unmistakably found a bed bug and the distinctive ink-like stains on the sheets. Staff on-site admitted it was a persistent issue. The hostel offered to clean and spray, but given the clear signs of a persistent issue and their own admission, we did not feel comfortable staying and moved elsewhere. While they eventually issued a refund, it took nearly two weeks and repeated follow-ups through Booking.com, which was unnecessarily frustrating. In addition, the hostel messaged us during the refund process suggesting the bug came from our bags, despite the evidence of stains on the sheets and their own acknowledgement of a persisting issue. This felt dismissive and unprofessional, and not sure if this was a way to stall or deter us from pursuing a refund. Overall, the combination of cleanliness concerns with the bed bugs, and the drawn-out refund process makes it impossible to recommend this hostel.

La ubicación es genial, tiene varias facilidades y la decoración muy linda. Me aloje por una semana. Estuve en la habitación Tamayo, fue cómoda y el colchón bien, muy importante para dormir. La zona esta rodeada de cafecitos y restaurantes, aspi que muy fácil moverse para teletrabajar. Estuvo todo muy limpio. La casa es bellísima, antigua, conserva un aire patrimonial.

Tiene pocos baños, pero a la final si te levantas temprano para no coincidir con otros, todo ok. No hay mucho espacio para dejar tus cosas, te dan una llave para que guardes lo de valor, pero resto de cosas las ubicas en donde puedas.

Location is great.

The room didn't seem very clean. For example, the cord used to pull the bed curtain felt sticky. The sink in the public restroom was clogged for all the days I was there.
